Blackburn with Darwen 50+ Partnership is a strategic group promoting the needs and aspirations of people over 50 living in the Borough. We work continuously with all those who commission or provide services used by over 50s.
We also ensure the views and experiences of over 50s are made known to those who have responsibility for the decisions affecting people’s daily lives.
